Muscle Boys Go!

I started teaching elder Saico some good phrases in english, he wants to go to school in America. One of the phrases that i tried to teach him was "Doof McMuffin, the greatest horseman that ever lived." but it didn´t stick. So this week we made a new power phrase, following our secret handshake, we throw our hands in the air and shout, "Muscle Boys Go!" At first he didn´t like it, but he began to realize that he could get me to laugh every time he says it, and so he uses it now to encourage me. Use Humor Earlier today i received some revelation that i was really needing. This has been a hard week actually. I´ve just been feeling grumpy and kind of stressed. And last night i had the funniest dream. I was hanging out with a bunch of guys from the NBA and they were just joking around, and in my dream i thought they were Sooo funny. like I’m almost sure that i laughed in my sleep. and i woke up and we went and bought groceries and i ate really well. i mixed scra

the rad bad email that i sent on a tuesday

you might be asking yourself... Why am i getting an email on a Tuesday?? from elder Grilliot??? yep.. you might ask those things. Here We Go! Well Let me tell you about my week! We had transfers yesterday and elder Esparza went to a far away place with one of the kindest gentleman i have ever known. Man I’m feeling really good about these cambios. I think last transfer was actually kind of tough but i didn´t realize it until right now that i´m out of it. Well I´m still in Madero and they sent me Elder Saico from Lima Peru. He is a real softy. The best part is that he is really animated to be obedient and work hard to bring souls to Christ. It is really tough when two companions don´t have the same goal and perspective. He is starting his mission and everything is new and beautiful to him. I remember the first time I ate with a member I was so so grateful. like "oh my gosh hermana why did do all this just for us!" and after a year of doing something everyday

I threw up twice in the night on Thursday. it was one of the hottest weeks in Durango in 60 years. but it was only like 40 degrees Celsius. it´s much hotter in Torreon. we ´pushed ourselves this week also, and we got super tired and that was taught too. to go to lesions super exhausted. elder Perez threw a volleyball at my face and broke my glasses some good things we had a lot of cool people that we were able to find we had stake conference we had a cool zone activity and ate tacos and played with water balloons we were able to put together a really cool chain activity where the members organize family home evenings once a week for less actives and investigators. weeeee also ... mmmm.  oh i beat everyone in the zone in chess, including one of the assistants to the presiden
