i dont have that much time but i``m doing really pretty alrighto this área is really big and we walk ALOT i`m getting used to it but the first couple days were rough, also the sun is starting to get pretty strong and i`m getting a Little burnt on my face, i need to get a hat. this week some members are most likely going to help me out with an old hat that they don`t use anymore. this área has potential, but for the time being we don`t have that many people in teaching who are really progressing. last night a member gave us some soda that had caffiene in it and then right after that we went home to sleep and i couldn`t sleep at all lol oh another really big blessing is that i`m going to get to go to the temple this week with Elder Stevenson! that`s so awesome, really a big blessing, we are going to go with some converts from my last área, we Will take a big Fancy bus all the way to monterrey, i think it`s like an 8 hour trip, we Will sleep most of the way. it Will be really refreshin

me and my comp got sick on saturday i think, and i threw up and i didn`t eat very much after that and i haven`t had much of an appetite and now i`m super hungry but my new comp, Elder Osorio, from yucatan, we had cambios, he is talking to his mom on video chat and i`m waiting for him to get off so we can eat together  we had cambios, Elder Stevenson stayed in nuevo linares, and Elder esparza, my old comp is coming in with him, i left and came to bosque in gomez palacio, with Elder Osorio, he is from yucatan. i think that is poetic because i`m getting to have my first and last áreas be both in gomez palacio, which i love, and my first and last companions are both from yucatan. real special. bosque has the reputation of being one of the best áreas in the mission. and so i am hoping to work really hard during this time with Elder Osorio and have a lot of success with him.

it was my birthday this week howday hay. the sixth of febuary i celebrated my 24th birthday and it was really a blessing and a good day. i threw my own dang party. i bought my cake, i bought really nice quesadillas from the best quesadilla place i know of. and i shared my cake with the guys from san pedro cuz they are the bomb and we had to go over there for an interview. they had two really special baptisms this week and we got to do the interviews and man it is really cool to see how the gospel changes peoples lives. one unusual little detail. this lady, maria, from san pedro. she drunk alot a lot of cofee. she learned about the word of wisdom and stopped drinking coffee entirely and read the pamphlet a lot and made other changes in her life like eating meat sparingly and eating more fruits and vegetables. one month later, she had lost 7 kilos! which i think is like 15 pounds. she´s not a very large woman either, she has like a normal mexican mom bod. and she lost 15 pounds!

good week boys and girls, thanks for all your love and support. i know that god hears all our prayers. i know he lives. I know that death is not the end. We will all live again and be together! (i´m a missionary!) this week i´m going to turn 24 years old. on febuary 6th. get ready for it. send me a nice vibe. elder grillliot
